New Account Setup

Please complete all fields and upload the requested documents (in PDF or JPG format) to create a new ML Schedules™ Software user account and related Group(s).



Class Description
Tier 1 District Groups are district school sponsored/funded groups. This includes 7th-12th grade sports teams, middle and high school fine arts programs, clubs/activities - these accounts will be set up by the Facilities Coordinator.
Tier 2

Pre-approved District Organizations.  These organizations are composed of entirely 100% Tri-Valley students and are fully inclusive. Groups in this tier must be approved by district administration. Following is the list of current pre-approved groups: JFL Route 150, Tide Basketball, TVSL Rec League, Youth Volleyball (5th-6th), Chess Club, Boys Scout Troop 953, Girl Scout Troop, ES Spanish Club, PTO, Athletic Boosters, Fine Arts Boosters.

 

Tier 3

District Personnel - Private Reservations  District Personnel can reserve facilities for a fee of $50/hour. Spaces are limited to MS Softball Field, ES Gym, ES Cafetasium, MS Multipurpose Room.


Tier 4 Outside Groups/Individuals.  The District does not rent facilities to other outside groups or individuals.

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club/activity, class, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.
